- Purchase history – to make repeat and related purchases easier, for repatriating recovered stolen bikes (via the recorded frame number), for contact in the rare event of a product recall, for insurance claim purposes in case of accident or theft.
- Mobile telephone number – for reminding you of your service appointment and then advising when your bike is ready for collection.
- Name and address – for contacting you for the purposes of repatriating recovered stolen bikes (via the recorded frame number), for contact in the rare event of a product recall, for insurance claim purposes in case of accident or theft (proof of ownership).
3.2 Quest Adventure newsletter. If you express consent to receive our newsletter via the sign up form on our website, via Facebook, or by orally giving us your email details in store, the only data we collect is first name, last name and email address. In signing up you agree to us using that personal information to contact you about new Quest Adventure products, services, places and events. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the ‘unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of every newsletter. Together with a cheque for £10 to cover administration costs and made out to Quest Adventure. Please also enclose a copy of your passport or UK driving licence as proof of identity. Please allow us 30 days to comply with your request.
