We care about your privacy. All information remains confidential.  We take steps to encrypt and secure data in line with industry best practice.  We will not disclose your information to any third parties. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information only for the following two reasons, firstly, to process your order, and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.

The information we collect about you, includes: your name, address, telephone number, email address, account and purchase(s) details. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold is to the best of our ability accurate and based solely upon information we receive from you and it remains as up to date as it can be. You can check what information we hold about you, by writing to us. We will delete or correct any inaccuracies promptly. This information is held securely.

We would like for you to continue to be part of the Quest Adventure experience and so hope you decide to stay in contact.  If your address exists in our mailing list database, every message you receive from it will contain a simple click to unsubscribe removal facility, which results in immediate removal of that address from the database.

If you would like to inspect the data that we hold with respect to you, then please write, with proof of ID plus stamped self-addressed envelope, with a cheque for £5 to cover administrative costs to;
