Cancelling an Order

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are prepared by Quest Adventure, simply telephone us (01903 573700) or email us (sales@questadventure.co.uk).  If the item has already been despatched then please see our Returns Procedure for what to do.

Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2014 you have a right to cancel your order in writing (except for customised or personalised products) fourteen working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. Once the order has been cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders that have been paid at checkout will be automatically refunded, any other payment methods would not have been charged so would not be due a refund. Unfortunately, orders that have been cancelled cannot be reactivated, so if you change your mind, please place a new order in the usual way.

Lost Orders

Royal Mail’s procedure for lost items and incorrect deliveries is that we must wait 2 weeks before registering an item as lost. If your package goes missing and you would like us to send you a replacement within this 2-week period, we hope you understand that to prevent fraud, we will need to charge you for your item(s) again. If your package is subsequently officially declared as lost by Royal Mail, we will of course refund you for all lost item(s).
