29er tyres
Continental X-King from £23.99
2.2 & 2.4, 29" & 26"
Super fast with a good grip, the X-King was developed with the Topeak Ergon mountain bike professional team. Despite pronounced studs, the X-King rolls off smoothly and very quietly. Good for cross country/race and All Mountain. The X-King simply leaves its competitors behind. Its Black Chili Compound offers a solid grip and is self-cleaning. The shoulder knobs are really stable at speed through bends.
The tubeless ready Protection (4 ply) version with a continous flag design is particularly tough.
29" options include a tubeless compatible ProTection option with Black Chili compound and an RS 'RaceSport' option for a fast enduro / XC option. This very broad X-King range of options means there is a X-King choice for all types of Mountain Biker!
Wire bead version £23.99
Folding £33.99
ProTection/Black Chilli £49.99 as used by JP on his Kinesis FF29

Maxxis Beaver 2.0 from £23.99
Based on the Medusa which as the XC version of the West Scream Downhill mud tyre, the Beaver is a light weight XC mud tyre. Plenty grip, very light and it won't slow you down. Not available tubeless but combined with Foss inner tubes you can relax and enjoy the winter.
Continental Rubber Queen 29 x 2.2 £29.99 & £44.95
Rubber Queen 2.2 has long been an inside tip for All Mountain riders who are focused on grips. While light enough for acsents, particularly low rolling resistance for the amount of grip.
Maxxis Crossmark 2.1 from £23.99
Crossmark was designed as an XC racing tyre, is perfect for dry conditions and because of the central ridge and low profile makes for a perfect multi use tyre off road and road. Great to convert your 29er for road use. You’ll probably find that this tyre has better grip in the summer than your favourite knobby tyre.
Available in 2.1 and 2.25 (this is a great dry weather free ride option). It is available in folding, Exception (the lightest version, and LUST (tubeless)
It is my favourite tyre, so fast, so much grip.
